Booking & Cancellation Policies

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because each service requires dedicated time on my schedule, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & rescheduling: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
Same-day cancellations & no-shows: Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may require a deposit before booking future appointments.
Running late: Please contact me as soon as possible if you’re running late. Depending on the service and the appointments following yours, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be adjusted or rescheduled. If there is not enough time to safely complete your scheduled service, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
Extension & specialty appointments: Extension services and other appointments requiring specially ordered hair, products, or materials may require a non-refundable deposit before the appointment is reserved. Once extension hair or custom materials have been ordered, those costs are non-refundable.

Emergencies happen 🤍

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. Please communicate with me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies at my discretion.
